Service Description
Summer camps run on a weekly schedule Monday-Thursday 9-11am Each camp will have themed art and sensory play available, as well as access to the other imaginative play areas. Use the drop down bar to choose the week you'd like to attend. Summer Camp Refund Policy We understand that life is unpredictable, but registering for a summer camp means you are agreeing to attend. However, if you need to cancel and do so before May 1st you will receive a full refund minus $50 service charge. Cancellation after May 1st NO REFUND Week 1: June 29th - July 2nd Wearable Art ages 4-9 Each day we'll create a new item for their summer wardrobe - hats, totes, tie dye tshirts and more! Week 2: July 6th-9th Shake Week Ages 5-10 We'll take a pretend dive under the sea to swim with our favorite sea creatures including sharks! We'll explore the beach, coral reefs and the wide ocean through art, sensory play and more Week 3: July 13th-16th Fantasy Worlds ages 4-9 Calling all knights, princesses, fairies and trolls! We'll create imaginary worlds including castles, and fairy worlds. We'll continue the imaginative play through sensory and art play. Week 4: July 20th-23rd Superheros and villains ages 4-9 A week of superhero play! Themed sensory and art play will take over the studio and we'll make and create our own super hero capes and masks. Week 5: July 27th-30th Space Camp ages 5-11 Explore space from the studio! Space themed sensory and art play. Campers will also build a solar system of their own throughout the week. By registering for this class you are opting into the waiver located in the "View Policy" tab Play clothes are encouraged, as we do get messy! A change of clothes is helpful too! We are located at 100 Market Sq Suite 12 in Newington - there is a small flight of stairs I can help get strollers, carriers etc up if need. We ask that shoes stay outside the studio door to limit germs for our wonderers playing on the floor. If you or your child feels ill, please refrain from coming to class - if notice of absence is given at least 24 hours in advance, we can discuss make up class options. All Sales Final

I understand that registering for a class or event automatically opts me into the waiver below. Mrs. Gomes on the Go - Nicole Gomes Waiver Form RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER FORM FOR ACTIVITIES, CLASSES, EVENTS, AND OTHER PROGRAMS SPONSORED AND HOSTED BY “Mrs. Gomes on the Go.” Nicole Gomes of Mrs. Gomes on the Go reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a registration of a person or group based on improper behavior and conduct of child participate and/or parent. I understand that myself and my minor child(ren) are attending an event hosted by Nicole Gomes of Mrs. Gomes on the Go and The Wonder Lab with Mrs. Gomes and I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Nicole Gomes of Mrs. Gomes on the Go and The Wonder Lab with Mrs. Gomes, their directors and officers, employees, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors and supervisors of its activities from any and all claims, causes of action and liability arising from or in any way connected with my child(ren)’s participation with Mrs. Gomes on the Go and The Wonder Lab with Mrs. Gomes
