I understand that myself and my minor child(ren) are attending an event hosted by Nicole Gomes of Mrs. Gomes on the Go and I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Nicole Gomes of Mrs. Gomes on the Go, their directors and officers, employees, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors and supervisors of its activities from any and all claims, causes of action and liability arising from or in any way connected with my child(ren)’s participation with Mrs. Gomes on the G0
