If you're anything like me, you probably haven't even started to think about Easter baskets yet. And, that's okay! I have curated the most perfect list of Easter Basket Finds for your little ones. This list includes art supplies, play room staples, sensory play galore and more! The best part is, all the items on the list can be purchased through Amazon, will arrive way before Easter and you don't even need to leave the house! The items on this list have been loved by my family and I know your family will love them too. Each item purchased through the links provided does earn me a small commission which I am forever grateful for. Without further ado,
Ooly Pastel Paint Sticks : made for toddler and PreK hands, these paint sticks go on so smooth and easy for lots of art fun! We use ours in coloring books, wood cut outs, fabrics and more! Ooly paint sticks come in more fun colors includinge neon, classic colors, and metallic.
Daubers : Colored daubers are great for littles hands, and motor skills. Just like bingo daubers, littles can dab on coloring book pages, plain paper or any other canvas you provide. These are great for pre writers to work on hand muscles.
Bubble Blasters: No Easter Basket is complete without a new stash of bubbles! And as a mom of three, handing my kids bubbles for them to be dumped out in 2 secs is not fun. We’ve opted for bubble blasters and even the one year old can do bubbles independently!
Bug Catcher Set : In the spring and summer we spend LOTS of time outside. In that time my kids are digging in the dirt for worms, catching butterflies, counting ants, and examining any other creatures they find, They love getting them into the bug house, observing them, and letting them go. Bug houses help foster my children’s desire for learning while in nature and we love ours dearly!
Crayola Clicks (markers) : These will make their appearance in my 6yr olds basket this year and I am so excited to not have dry, cap less markers all over the house! You know they’re good because they’re crayola! Hoping the click feature will help the markers last longer and keep the baby from drawing on the walls 🤞🏼
PomPom Art: As an avid pompom lover these are the perfect addition to our craft set up. My kids can create unique pictures using pom poms which just stick to the page they are working on. Great for fine motor skills, color matching and getting creative! I’ve linked two one is a National Geographic’s one for animal lovers and the other is Mermaid Theme
Sketch Books : Printer paper is consistently being stolen and used for artwork and sketch books are the perfect solution to keeping my printer paper stash! My daughter loves to have all her work in one place and it helps eliminate the waste of lots of single sheets all over the house. I also like to keep her filled up sketch books and can’t wait to gift them to her when she’s all grown. The one linked above is a two pack of a Melissa and Doug Dupe and here is a single of the Melissa and Doughn Sketchbook
LCD Drawing Tablet: If you are trying to raise iPAD free kids then this is the perfect solution! We love our drawing tablets. The kids take them in the car, restaurants, living room, all over! They love drawing, writing and the erasing. They’re durable, last a long time and keep my kids engaged for a long time! Linked is a two pack, you cannot beat the price.
Kinetic Sand: One of my favorite sensory bases that is pretty difficult to replicate is kinetic sand. It’s fun, squishy, build able and vaccuums up very easily! You can find a bag of pink, teal & red, teal here and this adorable flower press here!
Seashell Bag : I love throwing things in the Easter Basket that can be used all summer and these seashell bags are perfect! We take them to the lake, the beach, on walks and the kids fill them up with rocks, shells, sticks and other treasures they find. You can easily shake the sand out of the bag too! Linked is a three pack to a larger size but there’s also a 5 pack or a single pack.
Some other things I love adding to Easter Baskets are toothbrushes, socks, undies, all the essentials 🤣 We also usually throw in a new beach towel and bathingsuits for the upcoming season.
I wish you all a Happy Easter! Thanks for being a part of this community!
